Responsibilities
- Lead the development team, assign work and track delivery
- Review code and set quality and architecture standards
- Turn customer and product requirements into clear delivery plans
- Improve system performance and data security
- Coach and grow the team's skills
Requirements
- Strong experience with PHP, Laravel and MySQL
- Previous experience leading a development team
- Deep understanding of large-system design and APIs
- Git and modern delivery practices
Nice to have
- Experience with ERP or accounting systems
- Familiarity with Flutter or mobile apps
