Welcome to Hunt ERP. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect the information we obtain from you when using our services.

2. Data We Collect

When you register or subscribe to our services, we collect the following data:

  • Phone number
  • Business name (clinic / company)

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

  • Creating and managing your account
  • Activating subscriptions and processing payments
  • Providing technical support
  • Communicating with you regarding service updates

4. Payment Data

We do not store any payment data (credit cards or bank accounts) on our servers. All payments are processed through the Paymob payment gateway, which is fully responsible for securing and processing your payment information.

5. Data Protection

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, loss, or damage. This includes data encryption and the use of secure servers.

6. Sharing Data with Third Parties

We do not sell or share your personal data with any third party, except:

  • Payment gateway (Paymob) for processing payments
  • Legal authorities if required by law

7. Cookies and Tracking Tools

We use two kinds of cookies:

  • Essential cookies: required for the site to work (sign-in, language preference, form protection). These cannot be switched off, as the site would not function without them.
  • Analytics and advertising cookies: entirely optional, and only active after you explicitly agree.

Third-party tools we use only after your consent:

  • Google Analytics — to measure visits and which pages are most read, with IP anonymisation enabled.
  • Google Tag Manager — to manage measurement tags.
  • Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) — to measure our advertising results and show relevant ads to people who visited the site.

These tools may collect: the pages you visited, your device and browser type, how you reached the site, and your IP address. We do not send them your name, email address or phone number.

On your first visit you are shown a choice between "Essential only" and "Accept all". Before you choose, no tracking tool is loaded and no data is sent to Google or Meta.

You can change your choice at any time from the "Cookie Settings" link in the site footer, or by clearing this site's data in your browser. We also ask again automatically every six months.
